Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor not only had to renounce his royal title but also give up his residence because of his connections to Jeffrey Epstein. The ex-prince is said to have been furious when he moved out.
After more and more details came to light from the Epstein files and his connections to the convicted sex offender, he had to Andrew Mountbatten Windsor (66) Left the Royal Lodge at the beginning of February. However, there are said to have been significant arguments.
“He refused to leave or take any responsibility,” a royal insider told “The Sun on Sunday“. Ex-Prince Andrew is said to have shouted angrily several times: “But I’m the Queen’s second son, you can’t do that to me!”
According to Insider: Former Prince Andrew is said to be unaware of “the extent of his situation”.
“It’s extraordinary that he used the queen’s name in his defense,” wonders the palace source. No one is sure whether he is “yet aware of the full extent of his desperate situation,” the insider continued.
Another insider confirmed to The Sun on Sunday that the talks were tense. Because Andrew is said to have made it clear back then that he “didn’t want to go”.
