According to initial police findings, an employee of the branch was threatened with a pistol during a robbery at a fast food restaurant in Cologne.
A police spokesman said the perpetrator demanded that the cash register at the branch in Cologne’s Ehrenfeld district be opened late on Monday evening. The perpetrator escaped. There were no injuries. The police initially did not provide any further information about the crime.
