Three 15-year-olds chased the police in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony. The police catch the young people later – but first they have problems.
The young people fled from the officers on Sunday night to avoid being checked, the police said. Witnesses had previously seen the young people and alerted the police.
A patrol then discovered the car driving at excessive speed the urban area drove. When signaled to stop, the driver responded by accelerating the vehicle and fleeing. A red light was also run during the chase. Eventually the officers lost sight of the car.
The 15-year-old is being investigated for illegal car racing
The police later found the parked car and then two 15-year-old suspects. The police later identified a third 15-year-old. The young people were later handed over to their parents. It’s against the young people now because of a prohibited motor vehicle race and driving without a license.
