The 30,000-ton ship entered service in 2025 and has a surveillance range of up to 6,000 kilometers. Monitoring of US fleets

The Liaowang-1 can control its own satellites, disrupt enemy satellite communications, and temporarily or permanently blind enemy satellites’ sensors. It also serves as a fire control center for anti-satellite weapons, enabling China and Iran to influence the strategic situation on a global scale without directly engaging in combat operations.
