Shortly after his stage comeback, Xavier Naidoo caused a stir with controversial statements in the context of the Epstein scandal. Now the singer is calling for a demonstration at the Berlin Victory Column.
The singer spreads the call on Instagram. “I ask you all to come to the Victory Column in Berlin. It’s about the children, it’s about all of us,” says Naidoo in a story on his account.
Police confirm Xavier Naidoo’s demo registration
The Berlin police confirmed that 10,000 participants had registered for the demonstration at the Berlin Victory Column under the title “Transparency, the rule of law and protection of minors – clarification in the context of possible German connections in the international Epstein complex”. The meeting was registered by an alliance called the “Transparency, Rule of Law and Child Protection Initiative (ITRK)”.

Demo with Xavier Naidoo: Expert expects few participants
Josef Holnburger from the Cemas research institute comments on the “taz” but skeptical about the actual number of participants: “The response so far has been low: I don’t see any major accounts that have shared this, nor anyone that could manage the logistics for a larger demo.”
Another, rather inglorious comeback followed in February of this year: Xavier Naidoo appeared at a rally at Berlin Central Station and spread confusing statements, including about chips that were seasoned with “embryonic seasoning.” The singer (“This Path”) took the revelations surrounding sex offender Jeffrey Epstein as an opportunity. In doing so, he recalled his dubious statements during the corona pandemic, from which Naidoo publicly distanced himself in 2022.
